Our products and solutions are used to provide digital trust for government, healthcare and private companies in many countries. Our company consists of more than 60 employees, divided over four countries. As a team we work together to make a success of our state-of-the-art trust solutions.   Job environment

AET Europe is looking for an intern to work on several possible projects to help further develop our digital trust solutions. Possible projects are:

1.      Back-end development for our digital trust platform (Consent-ID) in C#.

2.     Front-end development for our certificate management solution and a tool for automatic certificate management (agent) in HTML/CSS and Javascript.

3.     Connection with our certificate management solution and AI for translations of developments and workflows to human-readable documentation.

4.     Front-end and Javascript developments for a secure file transfer in HTML/CSS and Javascript.

Purpose of the Position

The purpose of the position is to gain practical insight into working as a developer within the digital trust domain. Moreover, the position is meant to design, implement, test and document the developments and architecture for the project at hand.

The position is part of the Trainee and Intern team of AET Europe and reports to the COO of AET Europe.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities are to successfully conduct the project, in close coordination with the intern’s assignment at his/her studies. Moreover, it entails applying the theory learned in college/university in practice and create a demonstrated Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Qualifications

The intern AET Europe is looking for has the following qualifications:

·       Eagerness to learn

·       Strong communication skills

·       Proficient in the English language (oral and written)

·       Currently enrolled in a college (HBO) or university (WO)

Skill

·       Quality- and detail-oriented

·       Able to work independently and within a team

·       Experience with Javascript, C#, HTML/CSS
