Software Developer Traineeship

Build real software for real clients

Capisoft is an Amsterdam-based software company that has grown to 120+ people in just three years. We build apps, websites, CRM systems and AI solutions for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to brands like L'Oréal and Bonnetje, the largest legal platform in the Netherlands and Belgium.

In our traineeship you won't be learning from the sidelines. You'll work alongside experienced developers, get to know how our processes work, and contribute to real projects that clients actually use. What you learn in your degree, you'll apply here in practice from day one.

What you'll do

• Work within a development team and learn how we go from idea to working product
• Work with our stack: React, Vite, Node.js, Python and Django
• Explore both front-end and back-end, and discover where your strengths lie
• Build up knowledge of our standard solutions and how we apply them for clients

Who we're looking for

• You have a solid programming foundation and want to develop it seriously in practice
• You can turn concepts from your studies, data structures, algorithms, software engineering, into working code
• You're curious, take initiative, and aren't afraid to ask questions
• You can be on-site a few days per week
